Meet and meet

Property introduction (selection)

After the interview, we will introduce the property that suits you.
We also accept requests for additional properties, so please feel free to ask.

Sales contract (financial plan)

When the property is actually decided, we will make a "purchase application". After confirming the contract conditions with the seller, it will be the flow of the sales contract. Bank loans are often required for real estate investment. We also introduce financial institutions. If you have any concerns, please feel free to ask.

Delivery

The balance will be paid to the seller, and will be delivered at the same time as the real estate (real estate delivery confirmation) and the key will be received.
